For your consideration is a 1950's Lux Clock Mfg Co Spinning Wheel Animated Alarm Clock Non Working.
The manually would movement is not currently running. The clock will run for a short spurt if you give the case a gentle shake.
When the clock is functionally, the animated spinning wheel will rotate functioning as a second hand.
The red metal case is in very nice condition with minimal amounts of surface wear and scratches. The clock is missing the 2 nuts and the winding key for the alarm.
Overall this is a very nice and highly collectible item that could be repaired or will otherwise make a great display item.
